Emma…posts too much? (I’m starting a book club)

FOLKS.

It’s happened.

For nearly [redacted] years, I have branded myself as emma reads too much the world over. Even when I was reading approximately negative books. Even when I wasn’t posting and most of my accounts were archived when such a tool was available.

But now, I am reading more than ever. My reading challenge is the most insane and disturbing it’s ever been. And on top of that…I’m addicted to posting.

I’m tweeting. I’m Goodreadsing. Above all, and most out of character, I’m Instagramming.

People can’t really change and therefore I am still not blogging, but overall I don’t think there’s a person on earth who possibly wants more content from me. And there are definitely a couple handfuls who are praying I take it down a notch or eight.

But it’s not enough.

I’m starting a book club too. With my pal Elle.

Every month, we’re going to do one (usually lit fic) book and one optional classic. (Elle and I have already been doing a long classic per month project – prior installments are Middlemarch and The Tenant of Wildfell Hall – and you can join in if you want! We usually do 2-3 chapters a day and we fall behind constantly, so it is very low pressure.)

We haven’t dropped this month’s classic yet, but our lit fic choice is in:

Feel free to follow our page on Instagram, but most of the book club will take place on Discord!

Join by clicking here.

I’ve never been in a book club before and I’m so flipping excited about this one. I hope y’all will join – we’re having so much fun already!!

(Even if you can’t read the book(s) this month, the Discord chat is proving a good time.)
