Guess who’s back

HI.

WHAT IS UP.

It has been a long time. A very long time, you might say.

I have not logged the hell into this page in…nearly four months. Yes. It has been approximately one third of one calendar year since I disappeared, sans explanation, from this platform.

Sorry about that.

I have long been the (yes, self-named) queen of the unplanned, undisclosed hiatus, but I have to say this is a new record even for me. I did not intend to do this!

But in the past four months I have continued interning, I have continued working part-time, I have graduated from college (summa cum laude! If I may brag), I have gotten a job. I have done little exciting things like write the top daily article on the Boston Globe website.

I have had a good four months. Good and busy. I did not mean for this blog not to be a part of those months…but that’s what happened. Sorry about it.

Now it’s the summer (the perpetual summer of a post-education existence) and I am back! For good. Or at least for now.

It’s good to be here.

    welcome back! congrats on graduating summa cum laude (and yes of course you may brag! go you 🎉) and on your top article, and I’m glad your past four months have been good. looking forward to reading more of your posts in the near future … no pressure 😉

    lately I’ve been doing some backlist catchup and really loved Picture Us in the Light (family-and-friends focused, pre-collegiate MC), Tiny Pretty Things (ballet and sabotage and drama oh my) and Finale (possibly the best of the Caraval trilogy)!

    Aaah so glad to have you back!! Truly missed your posts. Congratulations on graduation and your job and your article. Seems like you’ve been doing quite fantastically! I’m so happy for you!!!

    I’ve been mostly MIA from the blog too because classes n all ofc. But now I’ve started blogging again, started reading again and also started reviewing movies/tv shows on my blog. Im in my senior year of college and I’m kind of not ready to adult and make decisions???? LMAO. So it’s sort of hitting me haha

      ooh i feel you girl, i just finished that time. i transitioned my internship position into a job which is the Only reason i’m not freaking out completely. decisions are gross!! let me be in school forever please!!

    Oh my God, I’m so glad you’re back! I only discovered your blog two months ago and was super scared there wasn’t going to be any new content:P But yay for you! And congratulations on your graduating:)

      omg. i missed so many people and so many posts while i was gone but you were at the top of my miss-the-most list. ❤

      i am slowly but surely working on wrapping up the 50+ books i've read in my absence, so…another post…eventually???
